Lydia began taking dance at the age of five at the Toni Zeakes Performing Arts Centre. When Miss Megan Campbell purchased the studio, she continued her dance education with Studio MC. She has taken tech classes, and she is now an MC Dancer. She has performed many solos over the years, and especially enjoys hip-hop, jazz, and pointe. Lydia was an assistant in many classes, and was a member of the MC Royalty All Stars.

Lydia is a senior at Buckeye Local High School. She takes advanced and college level classes. She has been a Varsity Cheerleader since her Freshman year and is also on the Competition Squad.

After graduation, Lydia plans to attend college to become an elementary school teacher. She enjoys working with children and cannot wait to someday have her own classroom.

Lydia is excited to be teaching at Studio MC. She has always admired her dance teachers, and cherishes the friendships that she has made through dance. She hopes to help young dancers find a love for dance.
